Section 1

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the nbk33 website at https://nbk33.pro and all related services, features, and content offered by nbk33 ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, placing a bet, or otherwise using the nbk33 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms are subject to change at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the nbk33 platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To open and use an nbk33 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. nbk33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of these criteria at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nbk33 operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be acting under any legal disability.
• You must not hold a self-exclusion or voluntary ban from any gambling platform that would make your participation on nbk33 a breach of that exclusion arrangement.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one account with nbk33. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened in a different name, a family member's name, or via a shared device — are strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

nbk33 applies KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures to all accounts. You may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete verification within the period specified in nbk33's verification request will result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

nbk33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are credited to your account balance in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. nbk33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. nbk33 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may vary based on the payment channel and any outstanding verification requirements. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is released.
• Any bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirement applicable to that bonus before they may be withdrawn.
• nbk33 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

Section 5

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time nbk33 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, including a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits will be communicated clearly when each offer is presented. It is your responsibility to read and understand the specific conditions of each promotion before accepting it.

nbk33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring all existing bonus commitments already credited to player accounts at the time of modification. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting technical errors, or using prohibited wagering patterns — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nbk33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate authorities where required by law.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform, including using a third party's identity or payment method.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means or structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game errors, or technical glitches to obtain credits, winnings, or advantages that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

nbk33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, where nbk33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Players may also voluntarily request closure of their account at any time by contacting nbk33 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification. Accounts closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms may have their balances forfeited in full.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the nbk33 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and the arrangement and compilation of all such content — is the property of nbk33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any nbk33 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

nbk33 provides its platform and all related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, nbk33 disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. nbk33 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall nbk33, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if nbk33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. nbk33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

nbk33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nbk33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Minor or administrative amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the nbk33 platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact nbk33 support to arrange account closure.
